Summary: Created a plan for Downtown Houma that proposes new pedestrian and bicycle paths and connections, improvements to comply with ADA for accessibility, crosswalks, alternative truck routes, parking, identity branding for downtown, ways to address blight, wayfinding for pedestrian and bicycles, trail heads, and urban open spaces.

  • Conducted stakeholder meetings, public meetings, and met with Terrebonne Parish and City of Houma officials.
